The tire waiting for me in durango was the wrong size. I felt bad for holding Andy up. It cost us more than a half day. Instead of waiting around he decided to head for the north rim of the grand canyon. A couple hours after he left I headed west to Marcos out of durango and north to telluride. Telluride is one of the most beatuiful places on earth. Seriously. I had the best ride I've ever had. Andy and I will hook back up in Canon City before heading back to Chicago. He will do 2000 miles in 4 days. Whoa.
